**Situations Involving Non-Receipt of Goods:**
1: If a request is made to intercept a package while it is in transit, the customer must bear the interception fee as well as the round-trip shipping costs (the return shipping cost is equal to the original outbound shipping cost).
2: If a customer refuses to accept a package without valid reason, the customer must bear the round-trip shipping costs or arrange for the return shipment themselves; Cash on Delivery (COD) returns are not accepted. (Refunds will be issued only after the warehouse has inspected the returned item and confirmed it is in good condition; if the product's condition renders it unfit for resale, no refund will be provided.)
3: In the event of a lost package (defined as a prolonged lack of tracking updates or an abnormal tracking status), the customer must provide a full-page screenshot of the order details from the platform interface (in English). This screenshot must clearly display the customer's shipping address, the tracking number, and the declared value of the package; partial screenshots are not accepted. Once we have filed a claim based on this evidence, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement shipment. We are unable to process claims for packages where the customer cannot provide the required supporting documentation.
4: If a customer requests a change of delivery address for a package currently in transit, the customer must bear the administrative fee associated with the address change. Please note that a successful address change cannot be guaranteed; if the attempt to change the address is unsuccessful, the administrative fee will still be charged.
5: If tracking records indicate that a package has been successfully signed for, yet the customer claims not to have received it: If the customer did not purchase the optional "Signature Required" service, no compensation claim will be granted; we can only provide the Proof of Delivery (POD) document as evidence of receipt. If the customer wishes to initiate an official investigation into the delivery, they must provide evidence demonstrating non-receipt (e.g., security camera footage of the doorway/delivery area) to support the investigation request. (Please note that initiating such an investigation does not guarantee a successful resolution.)

**Situations Arising After Receipt of Goods:**
1: All dolls are constructed from TPE material. The facial makeup is hand-painted and is susceptible to rubbing off; any loss or fading of makeup during the customer's use of the product is not considered a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
2: The dolls feature a standard internal skeleton structure. The skeleton should not be bent or forced beyond its natural limits; the maximum range of motion corresponds to the poses that a normal human body can naturally achieve.
3: Any product quality issues must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Claims submitted after this 7-day period will not be processed.
4: As these are personal health and hygiene products, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on "no-reason" or discretionary grounds. In the event of a genuine manufacturing defect, we will offer either a replacement shipment or partial compensation. Please ensure this policy is clearly emphasized in the product description!
5: If a customer returns a package without prior authorization, our warehouse may be unable to locate the returned item. Alternatively, if the returned item is located but its condition renders it unfit for resale, no compensation or refund will be provided.
